Bob, I know you said you're going. what time are you planning to get there? Im considering running my 72 out there, but it's been a looong time since I've run at Fontana's street legals.

Maybe I'll meet you out there.

I'm not going to get to race at the Vegas finals so i was thinking of racing the last Fontana event.

That seems late to me.

Has anybody done the street legals at fontana in the last year? When I used to go everytime they had it, I'd have to get there at 6am or so to make sure I got in. They used to cut off entries at 500 cars, and they used to get that regularly. is that not the case anymore?

That's what I'm trying to decide. I haven't gone since the track was on the other side. Probably 6 years or so.

I'll probably go pretty early just to be safe.

I would get there btwn 6am and 7am. When I ran my trailblazer ss there a year ago, it still was a zoo to get in and check in. I get in line as soon as possible. Its easy like LACR use to be. They still limit the amount of cars that are allowed to race. The first time I went, they called the cars by group numbers. The last time I went they just fill up all 8 lanes and bring them to the line and race.

ya, I think I'll get there around 6:30. if there's nobody in line, i go grab something to eat or something and come back.

I was wondering if they still do the group # thing.
