Steve's Nova Site is an automotive enthusiast website dedicated to the 1962 - 1979 Chevrolet Nova, Chevy II and Acadian automobiles. We work together to preserve, restore, drive, show, race and provide fellowship for these classic cars. This is one of the best places to find information about parts, rebuilding, restoration and racing. This website is not affiliated with GM, General Motors or Chevrolet in any capacity.
Awhile back when Chris (Rookie) and I (chevy2guy) checked out Nick's Burgers in Fullerton (Orangethorpe Ave. and Brookhurst St.) for a possible SoCalNovas get-together, I got the green light from Nick's owner. Then I thought about turning it into a local cruise through Fullerton, ending up at Nick's Burgers for lunch, but with a stop at Classic Performance Products that's only a few miles from this burger and Mexican food restaurant. So I called CPP's Jim Ries, to see if he'd be interested in accommodating us with a shop tour. He was excited about the idea, and honored to host our group on Saturday, March 21st, from 10:30 to noon, when they close. Also, he would really appreciate a Novas-only group photo, right in front of CPP headquarters. Jim mentioned that he enjoys Steve's Nova Site and that it's awesome for the Chevy II Nova community. In fact, he added that he would offer special pricing on parts exclusively for SoCal Novas members during the time we'd be at his company. I will have a few more details later, but want to find out who's "definitely in" for this first-time cruise, shop tour, and lunch. See you there, RK

Rk, is there a place I can trailer the car to and unload then join the Nova Train?
No problem Al. There's a big parking lot directly across Nick's Burgers, on the north side of Orangethorpe. This will be the meeting place/start of our "Nova train" and when lunch is over, your trailer is right there.
