Norwood Assembly plant

I think the Norwood, Ohio plant made Chevy II's from '62 through '66. Production was changed over to Camaro for '67. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, what happened to the Norwood Corvair production in this time frame?

My 64 wagon was built in Norwood. A friend of ours worked in the Norwood plant from 66-72.

According to http://novaresource.org/c72.htm they made some Novas in '72 as well. Seems odd they'd do that for just one year!?

Norwood assembly plant

Thanks to all who posted a reply to this thread. I have a 65 4 door that was built in Norwood, and I emailed the CofC in Norwood a couple of years ago as to what happened to the plant, and I still haven't received an answer. I also have a 65 Suburban that was built in Fremont, OH. Does anyone have any pics of either or both of these plants? Iwould like to add them to my restoration photo series.
Thanks
