Nice job Carl!
Love that pic!
Was the DA close or the pressure the same?
I may have asked you before, do you leave off idle or footbrake it?
It's a shame we can't hear your car over the pick up.

Thanks man! The car is leaving hard now with the tune and those wheels!

The DA was 750ft on my 11.62 pass and crept up to 1250ft by afternoon. I ran 11.62, 11.72, 11.70, and 11.70. Car was pretty consistent once the weather leveled out in the afternoon.

When the car was on the stock tune and stock rims last year in 750ft DA it would have run around 11.95-12.00. In 1250ft DA it would have run around 12.05-12.10. So the car has dropped a solid .35-.40 off the ET from last year which is cool. My 60ft is way better too this year.

I footbrake the car up to about 1500RPM or so. Seems to get the best 60ft around that range.

Here's a better video from the first round of bracket racing, you can hear the car really well. I won this one. My light sucked but the other guy broke out. He dialed in a 15.53 and ran a 15.50. I dialed in a 11.70 and ran 11.70 on the dot!

Have you tried leaving off idle? It might flash higher lowering the 60' some or spin too.

Really looks great AND that's from a bowtie guy!

You can hear her in that video!

Yes, off idle results in a slower 60ft time. As does footbraking up over 2000RPM. Seems like 1300-1800RPM is best from what I've experienced so far.

Thanks! Yeah the stock exhaust is pretty loud. It moves out really good now with just those few mods I've done.

Apparently trans tuning has just come out for the A8 trans, so once that gets released to everyone that should result in some more gains. The Camaro guys have seen .2 or so off the ET from trans tuning, so if that holds true for us Mopar guys, that might get the car into the 11.30's in good air. We'll see.

Doesn't feel like it. Feels like it's dead hooking.
