I hadn't used photo bucket in a while and I followed Lyndon's instructions in compressing the pics and mine are still up that I posted over the weekend.
I would assume that means you have exceeded the amount of photos you can store on their site. Do they offer an unlimited plan at extra cost?
I pay $30 a year for unlimited storage on fotki.
if it says 'bandwidth exceeded,' that probably means there's a bandwidth limit on the picture itself or on the account. generally speaking, your bandwidth is used each time a new person views one of your pictures.
Bandwidth is not a measure of how many images are in your album. Rather, it is a measure of how many times the images in your album are being viewed from locations on the Internet where you have posted links to your media.
Bandwidth is cumulative over time and does not go down until it is reset. Your bandwidth usage resets to 0 each month on the anniversary of the day that you originally registered.
you'll probably need to upgrade or find another way to host your pics.
