Looks like that engine has been 'stored' under a tree for several years. I'd be worried that the pistons are rusted in place and mice have made a nest in the intake!
If you check it out, see if the motor will turn over by hand. If it does - go for it, it's only $$.
he!! ya seventy five dollars what do you have to lose if it is rusted you could part it out for more than that and if its not then you get one heck of a deal
I sold a TPI setup for $350. $75 is a small investment, just clean it up and sell the thing.
