Cool 700r4 tv cable block off plate

I had a custom 700r4 built and it's to be delivered this Wednesday. Anyways does anyone know where I can get a tv cable block off plate? I most likely won't be running a tv cable for a while, maybe never.
Thanks

Why are you not going to use the TV cable?

He "could" have a constant line pressure valvebody in it, BUT I still think you need it for shift points.
Now if it's a MVB...

Better talk to the builder or seller. Betting he's gonna need the cable. Maybe thinking he can run without one like a T350?

John, "if" he has the constant line pressure VB and it's a MVB would he need it?
I do agree, ask the builder!
Won't take long to find out you were wrong!

I didn't even know they did that either.
Somebody on this site or tc or ls1. com had a 200 with the constant pressure but an auto VB so he needed the cable only for shift points.

I know some trannys come plugged at the tv cable and warranty is voided if it is removed.

On a side note I have found a new guy who does top notch work for my next tranny and he is in South Houston. I used to use his dad, before he passed away. The son does racing trannys and does some top notch rearends too. He told me 850 for a T350(will hold 750 hp) using the 4l60e center support and a 36 element sprag I believe. Guy is really good with Ford and Chevy transmissions.

Yea, this is built not needing the tv cable. The tv cable will only help with shift points. Made sure I ordered a worked over 700r4 so I wouldn't have to worry about a cable burning it up. After sleeping it over, I ordered a $20 tv cable off eBay so the shift points will be better.

You'll be much happier with the cable for the shift points.

Yea, that's what I've found out also. Thanks for the input guys! And $20, I guess it really is a no brainer. I went with Animal Performance out of Florida. Really great guys to talk to and take the time to find out what you truely want without rushing you. They also offer lay away, which I used. I'll update and offer up some pics when it gets to me this week! I have a feeling my '68 is going to be happy
