Just got back from summit with a new mini starter and new 16ft nitrous line.We are going racing tomorrow so I will let you know how it does.I have to put all this on tomorrow and wash the car,hop in the shower all before 4pm.I am doing this by myself also.
Shouldn't take long...starter is only a couple of bolts and the nitrous line looks like it's already got the fittings on it...your shower will take longer than installing the parts.
With my luck nothing is easy.It took me about a hour to get the starter on.I got it on and it works very good. It's very strong. But now the car won't fire.Look at my thread in drivetrain and engines.
Well we went to the track. We got the car running and loaded at 4pm.Hoped in the shower and went.Didn't even have time to wash the car.The starter is alsome.I have the timing looked out at 30 degrees and it just kept starting even at 190 degrees. We lost the first round to a bigblock chevy love trunk. He really needed to be in the next fastest class but oh well.
OK............how did the car run? More specficlly(SP?)what kind of ET's did it run? Were they better than the last time or the same?
