Steve's Nova Site is an automotive enthusiast website dedicated to the 1962 - 1979 Chevrolet Nova, Chevy II and Acadian automobiles. We work together to preserve, restore, drive, show, race and provide fellowship for these classic cars. This is one of the best places to find information about parts, rebuilding, restoration and racing. This website is not affiliated with GM, General Motors or Chevrolet in any capacity.
The Eastern Iowa Novas announce that the 6th Annual Heartland Nova Reunion is scheduled for June 21 & 22, 2013. It will again be held at the Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Riverside Iowa.
Visit our website at www.einova.org to view pictures and information from our past shows. In 2013 we will become a Top 30 event with other special awards. Everyone is welcome to attend, and NO MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED to enter. As the plans roll along we will be posting more information here and on our website.
The show is "smack dab in the middle of the Heartland" so it's not a bad trip! Look forward to seeing you and your Nova at the Heartland !!!!

We have been getting around 65 to 75 cars each year. We have a cruise on Friday evening, and planning a "drive in movie" after the cruise.
Saturday is show time and a lot of jawing amongst Nova fans. We are working on some demo session. At 3:00 we have a raffle and then end with the awards presentation. We get drag cars, stock Nova, prostreet, project cars, and encourage all Novas to attend.
It's a great time, great Nova, and great people!
Hope you can make it!

We've never been to this show, but it's gaining quite the reputation. We have had several people tell us what a great time this is. In fact, we decided to try the Iowa show this year in lieu of the NNN Nationals in Charlotte.
So count us in for 2 Novas. I'll be bringing my pro-touring 77 and my dad's resto-mod 62 wagon.
Hope to see a bunch of you guys in June.

Great to hear your coming to the HNR ! I think so other folks from Indiana plan on attending too!
We're starting to receive pre-registrations over the past 2 weeks.
Sorry that I haven't responded sooner, but the power supply on my PC went wacked, and just got it back today!
See you in June!

Last year we had 73 Novas on site. The Nationals had 77. I was at both of them! The Heartland Show is considering expansion to a two or three day show in the next few years. There is a golf course at the casino, and the Iowa Speedway (designed by Rusty Wallace) is an hour or so away. Knoxville, Iowa is the home of the sprint car nationals, and is also about an hour away. The absolute best, fresh cheese curds are at the Kalona Cheese house, less than 30 minutes away. (They are better than Wisconsin cheese curds, but don't tell the Wisconites!). There really is plenty to do in Central Iowa. Anyone who was at the Nova Nationals in Cedar Rapids, Iowa knows the Eastern Iowa Chapter really knows how to put on a great event! See you there!
B]Time to get your Nova registered for our event. We are receiving registrations and motel rooms are booking quickly. We are not the only event going on at the casino so room availability could become an issue should be go beyond what we had blocked.
Hope to see a lot of ya'll in June![/B]
