vancouver Pacific Plating Closed?

I heard last night that Pacific Plating in Vancouver has closed. Anybody have any info on this?

If edmonton elctro plating is still around had bumpers done years ago they did a nice job

Edmonton Electro Plating are still around and do a good job, and Supreme is still going.. huge car culture here in Alberta due to very good economy and a lot of extra money to burn on your favorite toy.. these busy companies usually have a 2-3 week turnaround time.

tough news if true......
The new Owners(It changed hands a few years ago...) weren't as friendly as the old crew,but still delivered a pretty decent product.
There was a time when i'd order 3-5 bumpers a day,but the collision business has dramatically changed over the last few years. I haven't called them for quite some time, as the Insurance Companies mandate "Cheap,Cheap,Cheap" and we use a lot of off-shore stuff or OEM when we can.
