What Butt Looks Better

I hear what your saying about the rear of the car. Its not done yet, and I think in the end it will be good, however just looking at the same car before and after would you choose my changes over the stock 73??? Anyone?

100% your version!! Your fab work is 2nd to none I've seen!! The creativity far surpasses what I would could ever have imagined! The only thing I would have done differently (which doesn't matter cause it's not my car anyways, lol) is leave the side rear turn signals in. It just seems like there's something missing. I think it would have just broken up the quarter a little more. But irregardless, your car is without a doubt going to get head turns WHEREVER it goes!! My hat's off to you sir!

i love this, and i was really thinking about this for quite a while. my only complaint is the front bumper, the chrome beside the headlights not meeting the bumper looks off to me, if i go through with this on my car, i think i will try to bring the front bumper into the car a bit more, and make th chrome look like it meets all the way around

Next its time to move on to stance and finish details and ohhh yea interior...

The tires are 245/50 19's I dont know what to go to in the front they need to go smaller for sure. 215 or 205? Any suggestions?
The lowering of the rear should be simple, it has huge shackles from its hot rod owners past. I am planning on fabricating something a bit shorter.
What is the best way (on a budget) to lower the front?

I don't know about "best" but you can easily start but cutting 1 coil from the coil spring. And continue with 1/2 coil cuts if you'd like to go lower...

signal/parking lights

Thought I would show the latest modification... Behind the grill turn signal/parking lights. These are the leftover rear camaro tail lights with a cusutom clear lense inplace of the red lenses. I blacked out the top of the lense to give it more sinister eyes... I am planning on playing around RGB Leds inside the housing. I think it would look very mean if they were green.

Finallly Done

I thought I would post a followup and show the almost finished project. Here it is minus the emblems and some buffing to finish up on.

Very unique. The only things I would change is moving the rear spoiler up higher on the decklid, and adding Nova rear marker lights to the side (or shaving the front marker lights off). Just my 2 cents, and I hope to see more progress pics soon.

Great job, It would be cool to see it in person - are you going to make it to the NNN Nationals in Columbus?
