I like the Holley Blue's but they are noisy as hell!!
The Mallory Comp 140 is nice and substantially quieter. And there's no need for a return all the way back to the fuel cell. I've got a Mallory Comp 110 that I've had for over 10 years and it still works!!
If you did run a return you could always use an in-tank pump. They've proven themselves reliable and are literally whisper quiet.

There's a LOT of good pumps out there capable of feeding your engine. Ask that in another thread all on it's own and I'm sure you'll get a ton of responses.

When there's SOOO many (good) options out there, it's really to-each, their-own. What flavor Cool-Aid do you like?

As for "Swapping pills", I've always just adjusted the fuel pressure a 1/4 pound at a time until I got the plugs to clean up. It's a LOT safer than just swapping pills and hoping it won't be too lean. Especially on the bigger hits where it can hit the fan and burn parts faster than you can let off the button. If you're THAT worried about the tune, send the system (plate and pills) to someone like Steve Johnson, Mike Thermos, etc and let them actually FLOW it. Hell, send them the intake too and let them modify the plate (if needed) to ensure the best possible distribution.

The Nitrous Works Plate from Barry Grant!!!!!! Peroid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its nitrous for dummys!!!!!! I have ran that plate system for 6 years no issues. I switch a NOS Big Shot eat two pistons the first time out. Just look at the jet spread. The fuel jet is waayyyy smaller then the nitrous. Its the only kit that is spot on from the box. No rich or distrubtion issues. A few years back Car Craft had a plate shootout and it finished second only to the mega buck Wilson plate. Check it out you wont be disappointed. Best bang for the buck.
