yeah it has been sitting on the engine stand since spring. it is a 400,30 over =406. deck on blue print,cleaned and sand down crank .010", balanced assembly. all new bearings. scat rods, federal mogul hypereutectic pistons, comp roller cam, lifters. timing set, scorpion roller rockers.comp push rods. brodix ik 200 heads 202in 160ex 70cc. dui custom distributor. pro systems carb. edelbrock rpm air gap manifold. trans is a performance automatic racing t-350 stage II kit. 8.5 rear with 3:73.

406 should go good in your nova. We had one in our 67. Don't go cheap with the radiator. Ours tended to run a little hot.

thanks guys. big aluminum radiator going in with a stewart stage 2 water pump. 16" electric fan as well. the parts pile is starting to go down a little.

had to measure for a new drive shaft. ordered one from denny's. went with a aluminum one. need to make a new to do list. the weather is still warm enough to work in the garage. i do not have any heat yet. i will post more pics as i go. thanks
