Can you guys help me decide which wheels to use? my spoke American racing are just too darn noisy inside and is a really rough drive. I want to put my rally on for driving. I can't decide weather to do it or not. I know my american racing look nice but rather have a smooth ride.
Dude, your car looks too good with those American Racing rims on it...you gotta figure out how to keep them on. Have you thought about selling the tires and buying new ones for those rims? Just out of curiosity, what tires do you have on them now?
x4 on the AR's. Get some good tires and you should be fine. If not go with the others and you can sell the AR's. I am sure there are plenty of people on here that would snatch them up in a heart beat.
DO NOT get rid of the American Racing :no: Sell the rallies and put that money towards some good tire's for the AR's. Like batman said check on Tire Rack's site. Alot of very useful info on there. I bought the Michelin's that are on my wife's Impala from there 3 years ago. I did the research, found one's that I liked and drove up to South Bend and had them installed, best tire's I've ever owned.
Nice car. Id do what they said and keep the ARs.
Where are you in Cali?
North or South, it doesnt matter. Theres Nova dudes around you and you can see some of the other wheels and tires and see how they like theirs
true the wheels dont make the noise, its the tire, but if the wheel is so big you cant get anymore tire and have to have a very thin sidewall, that helps "create" noise.
then install your ralleys and it's all fixed!
Recently went thru this on the wifes car...tires make a huge difference when it comes to noise. Get some good quality tires like everyone else stated - OR - SELL THE AR'S TO ME!!!
