Just got everything back together and this is what I did. For the 4 bolts that connect the idler arm to the frame I got those as tight as I could. The 2 bolts on the inside are very close to the header so I had to use a angled set of needle nose pliers to hold the nut. The bolt that holds the idler arm to the bracket I torqued to 74ft/lb. The 2 bolts that are near the center link will bottom out so those don't have a torque spec. I did put loctite on the the bolts they said to per the instructions. I ended up taking all my steering parts off and replacing everything since I had that off. I had to press out the bushing on the center link where the idler arm connects to.
