I have a 66 nova with the tci front suspension. I bought the car in 2009 and it was in the car then. The question I have is if I went to a parts store to buy the front rotors what would I ask for? The rotors are drilled and cross cut. Thank you.

    Hi there,

I had a quick tech question for you. I hope you don't mind me using the Nova site to reach out to you. I'm just about to pull the trigger on the TCI Clip for my '62 2-door Sedan. I will be using your Custom IFS Front Clip and NOT the Pro Touring Clip. The car will sport a Chevy 396 BBC out of a wrecked 69 Chevelle SS396. Any problems with fitment and can I use the TCI engine mounts? Secondly, when ordering I have the option of standard spindles or dropped spindles. Do the standard spindles lower at all? I'm a little nervous about 2" dropped spindles like that might be too much but I've read the standard spindles lower about 1.5".

Last but not least, I've got a TKO500 I'll be using behind that BBC. Does TCI offer any crossmember solutions? As a matter of fact, what's your thought on mechanical clutch linkage with your clip and that big block?

Any other info you could offer up would be very helpful.

    Thanks again!

Do the TCI MII kits (2006ish when I bought it) come with all the bolts, washers, nuts, etc to put the frontend sheet metal back together?

ok , got a couple of Questions to start . I've prchased your 4 link for my 64 nova & have installed DSE's mini tubs . so my 1st question conserns modifying the top coil-over x-member , i was able to remove the outer plates , but on the passenger side i must leave the cross member tubing hanging out in the wheel tub for the panhard bracket to mount to ... how can this be fixed ? next , I am chosing to have Currie re-fit & modify my 12 bolt , so with tubs & your 4 link what length should my housing be ? I've read 53 " a/f-a/f is that correct ? THANKS for your time , Rich (snctyhotrod )

I just installed your four link set up with the wilwood disks. What do I need to hook up the parking brake from my existing cable to the wilwood drum parking brake? Do you sell this set up ? Thanks. By the way the four link and 9" are incredible. The car drives like never before , great product. Also had some issues with rear end and Curry is great to deal with. They helped me out , no problems.

I read somewhere on here that TCI offers 9 inch axles in 54.5" and then 53" for use with mini tubs. Is that correct? I'm about to order one and want to get straight.

    Scott,

Yes, we are working on a new tubular frame rail front clip similar to the Camaro front end. I'll send you a PM in a few minutes with details.
