Looks like a decent car. 383/TH350..

I had a close look at the car, it seemed to be put back together with half of the bolts missing. I passed!

I did say "decent". Bolts can be replaced. :D

So your up in Comox? My Dad is up that way right now on his boat. He just left Campbell River 2 days ago headed North. He spends about 2+ months up there for vacation. You live in a beautiful area up there!

Usually we would be "up there" on our boat, he is lucky, the weather has been perfect. With regards to the Canso, I figured that by the time I stripped it down to correct all the missing bolts and tin, it wasn't worth my time. Most of the body seems had rust poking thru. The motor sounded sweet and had been done by a very reputable builder.
I have been happy with my decision to pick a SoCal 67 Nova SS. The sun has eaten the rubber but the tin is super original.

Car is not worth it. Its what they call a "Bondo Bucket" stay far far away....
