I think thats just a 65 or 66 Impala housing cut down for a Camaro. It also has multi leaf spring perches on it.
If he knew the casting number was also used in a Chevy II, and bought the mono leaf perches from moser, it would have made a good 65-67 rear. And probably brought more $$$
