WTF, i didn't know you can do that. All that can ever be is a parts car unless you buy VIN's ?? which is illegal.. I'm so confused.

I was just reading questions to the seller.That car has no vin numbers anywhere on the car. Wonder why??? Do they just fall off for no reason? Hmmmm......
