I'm not sure about the mounting locations but you will need to relocate the filler neck for sure.

You will need to redrill one pair of the front bumper brace holes in the frame. The filler neck for the gas tank will be in the way on the rear if I remember right. You will also need to remove all the shock absorber units behind the bumpers also. Also if you put on the earlier bumper you will need to change the filler panel on the front as well as the eyebrows etc to the earlier style. I'm not sure how the 73/74 grill would look but you might have to go to the earlier grill and hood latch assy also. The hood lip moulding is different for the 73/74 also.

We've had a few members do this, but it is a big job,do to the fact that the filler necks are different, there is a fair bit of body work involved.

The rear one is not a direct fit, as said before. You will need to get the new bump and brakets, remove old bumper and cut the rear crossmember out under the filler neck . Remove shocks from frame remove gas tank. On the inside of the frame rails where they flair out to mack room for the shocks needs to be narrowed down because the inside bolt for bumper will fall inside the frame other wise. The license /filler door can be reused with a little mod. You will need to lower the filler neck to match the bump and fill the old license plate recess and trem the flang at the bottom of the tail panel. The cross member that you cut will need to remade over the filler neck and the holes for the shocks filled in before drilling holes to mount the bumper.
