I see alot of 15s, 17s, and bigger rims. Rarely do I see 16s on the Novas. Just curious on your opinion on why the lack of 16s. Thanks
I was thinking of running 16x8s in the rear and 16x7s or 8s if they fit in the front. Probably wont. I really like theses:

I've seen some 16" rallys a couple of times, but you seem to be right, not many others.
For me a 17" is as big as I would go on a 3d gen. 15" seems more 'classic' style with a taller profile tire. A 16" is not quite a low profile tire or 'big rim' style but not quite that classic look - kind of a halfway point. I guess most would rather have the 'big' or 'small'.

The tire selection for the 16 inch wheel is limited compared to the 15 and 17.

hit it right on the head..17" are normally the same price.
