3rd Gen Headlight Mounts

When I was putting the front of my '71 back together I thought I got the headlight mounts on the correct sides, but now I have my doubts. When I put the bulbs in, and the tabs on the bulbs fit into the slots on the mounts, the logo on the bulb is slanted a little. I hate to just start taking things apart and putting them together again, 'cause they were a real pain to get that spring hooked in right.:eek:

Does this sound to you folks like I got them switched, or do the bulbs sometimes end up at an angle anyway?:confused:

They are specific as to left and right. I had the same problem when I reassembled my 72 a couple of years ago.
