If you need wider I have seen rack inner tie rod extensions on Speeway's web site.

All I need is the inner pivot dimensions to match the lower control arm pivot points.

To avoid bumpsteer, that is not true.....

Ackerman angle would dictate a rack inner pivot narrower than the lower a-arm pivots on a rear steer suspension, wider on a front steer.

Not sure if it is the nova that you are trying to work with but the Chevette rack matches up with the 1st/2nd generation of Novas.

If you are working on a 62-67 you should read this. It may help. http://www.stevesnovasite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=86968

Thanks for the info. I used a Chevette rack on my 64 with a home made clip and S10 tubular control arms. Thanks again.
