My fuel cell (RCI 16 gal) gauge does not read correctly.
It reads empty when I still have over 1/4 tank.
Has anyone bent the float arm to correct this issue?
If so ,how much ?
Oh , all wires are connected correctly.

Thanks

If it is like a typical fuel cell gauge there is no arm to bend. The float travels up and down on a post. Mine reads the same way, I haven't taken it apart to look at it yet.

I did take the sender out to tighten the bulkhead fittings as they seaped when it was new.

Mine has a arm ( 1/8" dia wire rod with a float on the end)
A baffle around it so the foam don't interfere.

Then I would bend it in small increments, until you get the desired results. Check all of the major points, full. half, quarter and empty. Should be easy.
