Taillight housing mount help.

[The 63 Sage`]

I recently got the metal retainer for mounting my 63 wagon taillights to get a proper ground. I cannot get these figured out. No matter which way I put them on they seam to be mis-aligned on ONLY 1 of the mounting holes.


How are they SUPPOSED to be mounted to the housing?
