engine has 9000 mile on it since complete rebuild all new parts .it has develop a noise in the lifters .i checked to day the front lifters are getting verey little oil as are the most rearward one the lifters at the #6 4 3 5 cylnders are getting slighty more .i check the pressure with two different gauges it has forty psi at idle cold and 30 warm .it does take some time for the pressure to build .what are some of the things i should look for ..bad lifters or pump and pick up
