I need your advice

Hello there, Hope everyone is doing fine. I have a 63 Nova 4 door I was in the middle of restoring back to its original condition. I tore it all apart with the intensions of rebuilding it back to its original condition, but I had a new baby girl and this whole endeavor is going to be put on hold and I don’t have anywhere to store it long term. The engine is already rebuilt, and I sent the head out to get ground and new valve seats, springs and all that stuff. The body has two quarter sized holes at both rear doors and the rest is relatively straight for the age, it was a daily driver. A year ago I replaced the two rear leaf springs with new multi springs and replaced all the front-end bushings. As of right now the car is totally striped down with the doors, front fenders, seats, carpet, and engine out. I was getting it ready to go to paint and body and then start to re-assemble. I have all the body trim and insignia. All the parts have been tagged/bagged and marked. I bought it about two years ago from the original owner for $2000 and it ran. Question… what is it worth in this state, do you think I could sell it like this or do you think it would be better for me to piece it out on eBay. It is taking up valuable space in my garage and I would like to get rid of the whole thing. Any questions or comments please contact!!!!!!

PS. I have new wiring harness and cowl gaskets also
