My dad walked in the other day with a guilty look on his face and my e-brake handle in his hand. Piece of crap plastic, where can I get a new one.. preferably one my dad won't break again.

You guys have any idea how hard it is to undo an e-brake with just a metal pole..

All the repro places sell the handles. They're about $25 bucks....before I replaced mine I clamped a set of vise grips on the end and used them for a handle.

Yup, they're easy to find at reproduction parts places.

There's a small pin that is driven in through the base of the handle where it attaches to the e-brake rod. Drive that out with a punch, put the new handle on, then push the pin back in. Easy peasy.

After I broke the second one, I gave up and found one for (as I remember) an early '60s Chevy pickup. It's been in my car for years... I like much better than the original.

If I ever get around to doing the "complete restoration" thing, I do have a couple of used Nova ones that I've picked up in my junkyard travels, but the truck one is staying as long as my car is a driver.

I'll go with this cast metal one at NNN: http://nnnova.com/product_info.php?products_id=314

Mine was broke when I first got my car, so we took a 8 ball and made a handle out of that.

Bright, whatever you replace it with I would not use another 66 handle. I've seen a number of them break (mine included). I ended up using a earlier handle - 64 if I remember right - Its much sturdier.
