look of tire opinion

well i decided not to get ther mickey tompsons right now cause i dont feel like having sticky tires with all the road work going on in my area, mainly cause my friend has had to get 2 brand new tires patched because of them picking up matal objects. so i think i will go with either indy firehawk 500 or bf goodwrench radial t/a what do you think will look and be better

I like a BFG radial for the muscle cars. Don't laugh at my car's nose-in-the-air attitude. The drivetrain is still out in this picture (just back from the painter).

I like the BFGs as well. That what i have on my car. I like them with letters out better, but I felt it wouldnt fit the look of my car.

but that is on 14 inch rims but i am going with 15 inch and after that i might get some after market springs in front to lower it maybe though.but i like my stance the way it is. i am going with 255/60/r15 in back and a little narrower up front just cause i like the look.back rims are 15x8 and front are 15x7

what are your gears and the tires you currently have?

the gears are stock with a pegleg,getting a posi soon. the tires are firstone fire haws they are remanufactured or some thing they are 235 wide

tire size affects your final drive ratio! do you have 2.73 or 3.08 gears? you said you are going posi with the same gears? are you looking for performance or gas milage or a happy medium? current tire are 235/?r/? 14 or 15

gears i am not going higher than 3.73 and right now they are 235 on a 14 inch rim

so since you are changing gears then the tire size doesnt affect your acceleration! We just went to 3.73's and im looking at something a little different in a rear tire. I really like the look of thet streets but not an every day tire! Im looking for pics of a 255/70r15 on a nova to see but what do you think of this tire?
