I'm thinking about selling the 62 and starting a Model-A Ford hot rod. I'm curious as to what I should ask for it. I'll try and list some of what I've done to it. I've only put around 600mi on it since doing all this.
fresh re-built 350, mild build, 2X4 tunnel ram.
freshly re-built M-21 4-speed/W Hurst comp plus.
freshly re-built 66-67 12 bolt posi.
all new brakes, master cyl.
new king pins.
new wheel bearings.
new Cragars and tires.
new bumpers.
also,,,,,
Good interior.
good paint, no rust in body, with extra painted hood with scoop.

what's it need? the only thing I can see would be floor pans.

I was thinking somewhere around the $15,000 range?

I think you'd have no problem at all selling it in the $15k range.

Thats a fair price for an awsome car. Best of luck on your decision.
