These are the correct rally wheels for 75-79 novas, you can buy them from summit also .
I have 4 of them in my garage but the shipping from Sweden would

I've got a nice set of 14" Ralleys from a 4th gen with caps and rings. I'm not sure if they would be what you are looking for. I will be home in a few weeks and would sell them to you for a fair price. I live in VA. PM me if interested.

not sure if wheel vintiques travels to your area, but if you catch them at a show they do good show only discounts on all orders...
