Hello all.

I am glad to have made it over here. It looks like a great site with very active and knowledgeable members.

I am in So Cal, but am working with my dad in Nor Cal on a rebuild on a 72, which was the pride and joy of my brother Mark.

My dad bought the 72 4 spd in about 1979. It was our family car when I was a little kid. My brother inherited the car on his 16th birthday and started tinkering with everything. By that time, it had a TH350 tranny. He owned the car for 15 years, until he passed away suddenly about 5 years ago from a heart attack.

We kept the car and are going to do a tribute build. I will drive it until my 4 year old is ready to take over.

I am thinking about doing a lsx/t-56 conversion. I know that my brother always dreamed of a 6 spd in his Nova. I figure I can make that happen.

The "ss" in my name works well here, but it comes from a hotboat website. We also own a superstock flatbottom v-drive!
