Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Bill and I am a General Contractor in Naples, Florida. I have a great wife and three wonderful kids and a NOVA! I've made some posts and am a regular reader of the site. It is by far the best site I have found for any information necessary to help me restore my car. I have a 72 nova that I purchased from an estate about five years ago. It is a six with radio delete and deluxe interior and bucket seats. I have the original bill of sale and invoice, and every bit of documentation (one inch thick) It has 29000 original miles! I have installed a 427 BBC, muncie M20 and 12 bolt posi rear. I am currently painting it cortez silver and installing a TKO 600 (need the overdrive). My overall goal is to keep it pretty much original looking, also making it an SS clone as far as badging goes but also be able to slam that pedal down and "Get It" when necessary.

I am originally from Tampa and really miss fishing Marco Island and Boca Grande down in your neck of the woods:yes:
Anywho, you will find this is a FANTASTIC resource for all your Nova questions.
Please, when ya get a chance we LOVE pictures (of Nova's)

Welcome BB,
Any chance you have the original block for that thing? If it is as low miles as you say and you get it numbers matching that bad boy would be worth some coin!

Come on down Jim! Snook are in the backcountry now that the water has cooled off. Just went offshore and did some good gag (black) grouper fishing. King macks are running now too along with some really nice cobia!!!
And just think...if we don't do any good fishing, we could go to Boston Market!!!!
Later...

Great to hear about a fellow Nova guy here in naples and yep the fishing is darn good down here. I'm in paint phase right now and as soon as its got color I'll post some pics. As far as the original motor yes I do have it but like I said it was a six originally so don't think it's worth much. Thanks for the welcome!
