New guy

Hello folks im new here but not new to the car world. I run a bodyshop in Herndon Va. I have been doing european cars since I could drive. I Started taking autobody in highschool back in the late 80s. I have allways had a passion for cars. I still own one european car that I show and decided I would go back to GM for a few I have owned two other chevys a 67 chevy II and a 72 camaro. I just purchased a 69 nova with a 350 LT1. I have alot of plans for this car. First off im gonna start with new qtrs and the rest of the body work. I have plans for building a built s/c 454. I hope to gain more knowledge from this site and maybe even pass some on. Ill get around to posting pics of the Nova soon.

Welcome BIGBUBBA, glad ya found us. it's a shame your soo far away from me (greenville,sc) I need someone to install new rockers on the wifes wagon.

Anywho, you will find everyone here is very friendly and will always point you in the right direction.

i own a collision repair shop outside of vancouver ,b.c,canada(2 hours north of seattle).
glad to see another guy that "speaks the language" of bodyshop.
great bunch of guys and gals here and a wealth of info available.all you have to do is ask:turn:
careful about the bodyshop credential though,cuz a few folks here are sure we purposesly take 2 years longer than promised and charge 13 times what was originally quoted on all nova/acadian work. a week ago there was a "virtual lynch mob" forming to hang the very next bodyshop guy from the highest cyber tree!!!:devil::D
