Lately I seem to be changing my mind more often than my wife. Originally I was going to go with leaf/spring ladder bar then I came to my senses. Then I was going to go with a AME tri 4-bar set up until I called them and realized what's involved with installing one of those. You have to remove almost the entire floor pan and he said the longest part of the process is the emailing back and forth of design photos until it's what you want. I just want something easy. I've spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Frank at http://www.prodigycustoms.com/ We've been talking about the Chris Alston G-Bar set up. It's basically a bolt in set up with a little welding. I'm just waiting for a call back from him and I will be placing my order. I'm going to get the G-Bar set up, but will be using QA1 coil overs instead of Vari shocks as I have QA1's in the front and want to stay all one make. I'm also going to be getting one of their Fab 9 housing with all Strange guts. Can't wait. Highly recommend Frank at Prodigy. Will post some pics when I have the stuff in my hands...may be a few weeks though as I need to get across the border to get it all.

I like the chassisworks G-bar system. I adapted their pro street four link into my 67 because I had the parts but think the G-bar would be better for the street because of the added articulation the rear will have. I also like their fab 9 housing which I bought bare and cut to length. I put the Strange S-series pumpkin in there too so I guess we both think alike.

You can't go wrong with the CW stuff. I have both front and rear clip kits from them...no negatives and lots of positives.

Glad to hear you guys like the g-bar, certainly makes me feel better after buying one. It's taken me a number of phone calls and a lot of thinking to get to this point, but I just ordered everything I'll need. Here's what I'm getting:

Chris Alston G-Bar set up
QA1 shocks instead of the Varishocks (I have QA1's on the front so wanted to keep all the same)
Moser M9 housing as it was cheaper and they are going to weld on the bottom brackets to help pre-set the pinion angle
Moser 31 spline street axles

I already have a Stange pro-nodular center section with 3.70 gears and half billet posi. Will post pics of the progress. Now out to the shop to keep welding together the rotisserie.
