64 Chevy II how much?

thinkin bout selling the deuce. Not sure if I should paint it first. My friend has a shop and can paint the car for 5k.
I'm talking removing all the sheet metal, blocking the car, painting the TCI clip, and engine as well.
any ideas if it's worth spending the 5k or selling as is?
Heres what it has so far.
64 400 2 door sedan steel cowl hood
355 sbc
edelbrock rpm heads, rpm air gap int. w/ endurashine
holley 750 d.p.
comp cams .533/.555 w/ roller tip 1.5 rockers
ceramicoated headers 3" ex. w/ flowmaster series 40's
TCI front clip
performance built 700R4 w/ 3500 stall w/ lockup
mini tubbed with new CE frame rails and subframe conn. new multi leaf springs
Dana 60 w/ 4.56 posi 35 spline axles.
American Racing HOPSTERS 15x6 15x10 w/ M/T 28/12.5 ET STREETS
4 wheel disc brakes from Aerospace components.
All sheet metal is solid NO bondo or patch panels ever installed on this car
Interior has IDIDIT tilt column and autometer gauges.
what needs to be done is paint and interior.

Can't help you on the price but I'd love to own it.
I wouldn't paint it prior to selling it unless I could work a deal with someone and then paint it the color they want. You can get more for the car with it painted but you eliminate some buyers looking for a certain color. If you could offer it at a certain price and include paint in that price that would be a big seller, then someone could pick their color and get the car the way they want it.
