383 Value? Need to sell

hey guys, i bought a 383 stroker off of one of my dads friends who had it in his nova but took it out for a 454

its all rebuilt, never got a list of exactly what was in it, im in need of some money and want to sell it

you guys know what kinda range i should be able to sell it in? its all high performance parts on it and comes with a demon carb

Ask for some of the major parts list, Then for the performance of the engine in car, ET MPH in 1/4, actual condition of engine, Miles etc. Iron or alum heads, etc. If everything checks out OK, Then 1200.00-4000.00 is a viable price range. If not, it may be a boat anchor, The price would definently depend on the quality and condition of the parts, both internal and external.

Do beleive its got iron heads, could be worng, roller rockers, eddy high rise intake, supposedly all new parts. told it was to put out some pretty high hp

A couple of years ago I had a 383 long block with World heads built for $1,800, the same thing now just over $2,000. I also priced them as high as $4,000. It's who builds them that dictates cost.
