Comments: This was a fully optioned 283 / 4 speed car but the last owner stripped it down to make a " race car" out of it. As you can see its was a primmered mess when I got it. It made it to an ugly shade of blue for a couple years then I got serious with it. All work was completed by me in my own garage.

Nice 65! I may be getting a 65 SS myself, I'll know in a few days. One thing I've notice most of these 65's are missing the headlight eyebrows. some of my part catalogs said repo's are available soon, are these now available? Just curious, as I think I'll need some.

That was my webpage, I lost the adress to it but its still out there somewere !

As for the eybrows I have waiting for YEARS for repos to come out. I put together my 65 front end from parts over the years, most of it was done before there was a net to search around. If you look in the original pics it had a 62 front end when I got it. I would like to find the rest of the trim but Im not going to pay THOUSANDS to put some trim on it.

Hey SS, What size tires do you run in the back? I would also like to know the back spacing on the 15x10.

The rear wheels have 6" back spacing, it keeps the center caps out were you can see them. The tires are n50 15 , 12 x 27 slicks or p325 50 15 depending on the time of yeaer.
