Year: 1963

Model: Acadian Beaumont Wagon (Canadian built in Oshawa)

Body/Exterior: Converted over to a 2 dr sedan delivery using doors from a 2 dr post that came from Nightshade (way up dar) they are also 11 inches longer and I think they make the sides look more proportional. The tailgate is from a 65 nova (might be an Acadian but it still uses nova parts). The floor pan is from a 99 Grand Cherokee that my wife rolled. Tubs are 34”x17”. Rad cradle is from a 66 nova. No inner fenders

Engine: the engine is out of a boat it’s a 88 454 w/ peanut heads, 4 bolt mains.

Front End & Chassis: 85 S15 front clip grafted onto my own frame which is 32” wide using 2x4 steel tubing from the fire wall back w/ all new s10 bushings and leafs from the donor truck. Steering will be the same s10 donor column. Pedals and master cylinders are from a YJ Jeep because they are a set, and hydraulic.

Transmission: 456 Saginaw, 4 sp, 81-82 Camaro with a bell housing out an Astro van (hydraulic)

Rear End: narrowed to 36”, 9” from a 87 ford ½ ton. Big bearings, 31spline, posi but 2.73 gears for now, maybe some one can suggest a better ratio

Exhaust: nothing yet but I’m thinking lake pipes

Wheels/Tires: 15x10 wide rims w/ 295 foot print for a ford on the back. Matching rims for the front but only 15x7

Interior: 6 way leather buckets from my 99 Grand Cherokee.

Electrical: nada yet

Accessories: nothing

Sound system: 65 Acadian am radio

Comments: I am in the mock up stage right now, but I’m waiting for custom axle shafts.
