I found the site a while back but havent stoped in to introduce myself I'm form the Dallas area I have been restoring Chevys since I was 14 it all started with a 67 Chevelle SS with my dad. When I was old enough I bought a Piss yellow 72 Nova SS took it home and restored it while I drove it through high school. Unfortunatly that car is gone now, after missing it for a few years I found my current car stashed in a garage with no intake or carb so I did what any nova lover would do put on an intake and carb from the spare parts and start restoring it I have been working on it for about 5 years now it is a work in progress. It is a 2door with bucket seats no engine or trans in it now I built the 4:11 posi rear diff. I removed the 307 to make room for a 355. The body work is done and is the great color of primer gray with a little flames and stripes on it. Alittle about myself I am an ASE master Auto tech, I worked in a number of dealers for about 10 years on alot of diffrent car lines. I got out of that line of work because I was no longer enjoying the thing that I enjoyed the most (restoring my nova) Im now driving a desk and love getting out and working on cars again. this site is great to just read through when I have down time at work and has helped me quite a pit with ideas and finding diffrent ways of doing things thanks in advance for all the help :yes::D
