My name is David, I live in Wilton, CA, which is about 30 minutes south of Sacramento. I have 2 Novas and a Dodge Dart.

My first car was/is a 1970 Nova which I still have. I got it in 2004 for $2500. Since then, I got it road worthy, did a lot of bodywork on it, got it painted, and basically fixed it up. It took about a year or so to get it how I wanted it (at the time).

When I got it it had an all stock 350. Now that all stock 350 has a Demon 625 carb, Edelbrock Performer intake, Dynomax headers, and Dynomax Bullet mufflers. I just recently bought a Comp Cam and lifter set for it, along with a timing chain. I hope to install that in a few weeks.

It originally had a 6 cylinder/powerglide. The glide was there when I got it, but in 2006, I swapped it out for a Turbo 400. It has a B&M 2400 stall converter, B&M shifter, and B&M shift kit.

The rearend is stock with 3.08 gears. I put traction bars, brakes, etc. on it. I also did other minor suspension changes too, including putting 6 cylinder front coil springs on.

When I did bodywork, I had to replace the taillight panel and a quarter patch panel due to rust. Both quarters, wheel lips, fenders, rockers, doors, taillight panel, and the trunk had a lot of rust, which I repaired. I got the car painted in 2005 at Maaco.

In 2007, I bought a 1971 Nova for $400. It was actually a very good deal, as it was an original California car with absolutly NO rust al all on the entire car, not even the floors. It also came with a lot of spare Nova Parts as well. I plan on making this car into a drag car someday.

You can see it's cardomain site at: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2591054

And this is where it used to live for 10 years. And there was an awning over it. It was in good company too. (Note the 69 in the background).
