Update-73 front end upgrade pics

I have been upgrading the front end...and got alot done this weekend. thought i would share......:cool:
All items below are new and being installed.
Lakewood 90/10 Drag Shocks
Moroso Trick springs
Low friction ball joints
All control arm bushings replaced and modified
SSBC Dual piston Brake calipers, pads and rotors
Steering GearBox, and wrag joint
Pitman Arm, Idler Arm, Inner and outer tie rods and adj sleeves.
The only original suspension item left is the center link...
And lets not forget the rattle cans........

When i called and ordered the steering gear for a 73 Nova, they said come in next day. i went to pick it up and it was not a match to mine, so they looked up the one i handed him fore the core charge, and said it was from a 82-84 Gm sonoma or S10 pickem up truck.
I had them order it because it looked like a bolt on match to the one I took off. The new one bolted right up with no prob.. SO FAR:confused:

Any body ever ran in to this before? :horse:

Thanks for posting this John. I am rebuilding my first '73 also and had it all apart this past summer. I have a real problem remember how things go back togther so your pictures will surely come in very handy this coming spring. If you have anymore front end pics, especially disc brake related, don't hesitate to post them.

Looks great. I know it looks so much easier in pictures, with stuck ball joints, compressing springs, getting the springs ends in the pockets,.... good job and I bet your glad your done :D.

i saved every thing in a box.....dirty but all parts were working when i took them off. there no good to me if there needed by some one.....
