Yup, my car did that too.

It dropped 3-4 inches after putting the car back together and driving it around a bit.

that's a pretty good drop. Did you help it out any? I thought about putting some weight in the trunk for a while. how long did it take to settle?

Yes mine sat extremely high when I put 4 leaf in. I had them dearched at the spring joint because I did not want one side higher than the other. It took a few times to get it right but it was worth it.

Is installing a lowering block an option for you? Speedway makes sets in one-half inch increments I believe. That way, as they settle, you may need to only remove the block. Just an idea, but it may afford you to still use those new leafs you bought.

I also used the springs from tamraz. yeah the tire is 28". I removed the new springs yesterday and reinstaaled the original mono leaf. now it sits nice:cool: The multi's are for sale:D If I need to replace the springs in the futere I will go to tampa spring which is here local and have them build me a set.

I just got a set of multis also and will be doing the swap soon. I actually would like a tad more ride height as mine sits real low in the back right now.

1slow64, do you have any more pics of the mini tub and the ride height of your car? Thx

In your case are "right" and "stock" height the same thing?? ;)

The original monos have probably sagged a bit to result in that stance.

yeah i'm sure they have. needed air shocks when stock tires were on it to keep it out of the weeds:D
