Four wheel drive

Do you think it's even possible to do that on a 3rd generation nova?

It'd make the handling alot better, wouldn't it?

But, where would one get a transaxle?

Oh, and this is all hypothetical. Just me talking out loud. Any ideas / comments / strong opinions that require swearing?

:D

If your talking 4-wheel drive with mudders now that is not good.

If your talking all wheel drive like an import that might be interesting.

You would be way better off transplanting the body on a newer suspension. I can't see how the frontend could be done in a reasonable way.

Or a Syclone/Typhoon?? I would guess the S truck frame wouldn't take much work to fit under a 3rd gen, and yes, that make for an interesting ride!!

If you are talking mudder......then

Cigerette?? Blindfold????

Firing squad... ready!!!:eek::D

Thought about an AWD Astro frame for a second. A brief second... Probably be better going with the Syc/Typh chassis since it already has the power.

No mudders, please.

Mudding? Lol, no thanks--that's not what I was thinking about.

i was thinking more along the lines of a touring / road course car.

Hypothetically, of course.

I thought....I thought about cussing.

Alot.

I thought about making up new cusswords and somehow conveying them to everyone in this thread...

But that just wouldn't do it justice....

I don't think there's anything I can say other than....

...
...

Nope. There really is nothing I can say, lol.

If they could do it to a 32 ford then with some work it can be done to a Nova

Mark Steilow built the Quadradeuce for Summit racing many years ago then Rad rides by troy butchered it taking out the 6 speed and narrowing the front hindering its corering abililty all for looks...

It used syclone running gear and a 406
