Another 68 on ebay. the 327 badges and his statement that it was originally a 327 car make you think it could have been. The SS emblems are on a non ss grill and the hood louvers are probably add ons (no pic of the underside brackets) and no Super sport emblems on fenders. If it was an L79 car it's all but impossible to tell now but it would still make a great prostreet car. Nice project.

That really doesn't matter much, it's just a bolt on part that has been changed. The rear of the car has never been drilled for an SS panel between the tailights. The L30 and L79 68's were not available as SS cars . If the car really came with a 327 it was a rare one. The mismatched parts just irritants for the 68 lover that ends up with it. :rolleyes: :D
