It's a 71 though. maybe 69 Yenko stripes huh? I like them better than the 70 stripes.

I spent bout 3 of my teenage years driving around in a brown with black stripe rally nova, i loved that car (was a friends), when i finally find a nova i will be making it a rally:)

if its going to be a drag car make it a rally nova, just because the rally is the faux muscle car, rather ironic if it was a drag car. Guess only a select few people would get it.

This is one of my favorite cars on the site. I love the color combo, the stance, the wheels...everything. I smile every time you post these pix.

No it is not a clone. Original paint, stripe, glass, interior etc.....basically just the way she rolled off the lot except for the engine, tranny and wheels. Pretty rare for an Ontario car as the the winter salt ate up most of the classic cars. This old girl has never even seen rain as the old guy that owned it before me was a complete fanatic....I got lucky!!!!

just curious-how many miles?
my next one will likely be a rally nova. hopefully 71 car, if i can find it.
i think there were 7700 built in 1971 vs 33k in 1972.
my friends got a 72 rally nova:yellow with vinyl top, black stripe, 350 3 speed car from the factory. now its got about 58k miles. nice car.
he bought it for only $1000 about 15 years ago.
a steal back then, and more so today.

youve got a nice car.
no offense to the SS cars, but i prefer the stripe on the rallys more than the trim of the SS's.

It has 42k on it and is in very good shape. I am with ya on the Rally's because you don't see too many around. I haven't seen one in Burnt Orange like mine yet...I guess with the low production #'s for 71, there might not be too many to begin with.

I keep looking for those $1000 steals, but sadly I think they have disappeared....Thanks for the compliments!
