My car has gone considerably lower since I first had the motor put in it.... The problem is both shocks, and springs leaf and coil.... All of it is bad... The question(since budget is important) is: Which ones do I get?

You need to add the third option, REBUILD the suspension. If your springs are worn out, and sagging, then all the bushings, and the front ball joints will also be worn out. Don't forget the tie-rod ends, and maybe even the center link. IMO, you should do all at once, or at least start with the front end. You can get a good PST kit for about $300.

I see some, but they are $20 each.... not for a pair... Front springs are:$100, same for rear multis(I have monos now) with original style shackles.....add $80 for the shocks and $8-10 for tax on the coils....$290... I will have to make sure my budget can fit it... Thing is I don't want cheap crappy shocks... but if i have to...

well, he did rebuild the front end before I bought it... there are new tie rods, arms here and there... etc... just the springs and shocks weren't new...

OK, you're cool then. Watch ebay. I got a pair of new BB springs off ebay for about $50. You have to pull the shocks to do the springs, so I still think you should do all at once. You could check into getting the monos re-arched. Cheaper than replacing.

Your ride height is determined by your springs, not your shocks. If it's truly your ride height that's a concern, change your springs. If your shocks are worn out, there will be additonal issues. Change your shocks to correct those issues. Make it safe, then make it fast.

and is there a certain place to do it? or can I just take them to an exhaust shop and use a torch and pipe bender? I would like for this to only take a day or two... maybe three

Just jack it up by the crossmember and shove some chunks of 2x4 between the spring coils.

dont try doing that to the rear springs lol bad idea take it to a spring shop that can rearch them if thats what you decide to do but if your in the market for springs decide what you want to do with the car first e take it back like stock, drag, or something with more spring rate to make it handle like i did. if you decide to do the handling rout give me a pm and i can maybe help ya out with it i got all my stuff from speedway motors and i was on a tight budget

A good gas charged shock could raise the car up just enough, while also stiffening up the ride
