Harsh ride

When putting on caltrak trackbars with the aluminum bushings in the spring eyes does it affect the ride much?

I've had solid bushings in mine for so long I wouldn't know the difference, but the ride will suffer somewhat if you add much pre-load to the Cal-Trac's. If I was going to drive mine on the street a lot, I would probably back off the pre-load. It rides great with the Calvert Split-Mono springs and QA-1 shocks on full soft. But it stiffens up quite a bit with the amount of pre-load I run.
