Front wheels

I know that on 3rd gen cars it's not too uncommon for the rearend to not sit square in the body and be off to one side a 1/2 inch or so. What about the front wheels? Is this common on these cars as well? It seems my right front wheel is about a 1/2 closer to the fender edge than my left one, but the subframe measures pretty square to the car, and nothing apperas to be bent, and the sheet metal fits fine.If this was normal, then I was just going to put a wheel with 1/2 more backspacing on this side of the car to even it out so I can lower my front end down where want it to be.

Mine is off about 3/8" as well...even with new body bushings and such. It bugs me, but doesn't cause any problems and no one else seems to notice.
