I'm not going to say it is impossible, but I will say it is not a direct bolt in. Be prepared for a pretty fair amount of fabrication and problem solving.

I'm thinking the 67-69 Camaro subframe would pretty much be a direct bolt-in for the 68-74 Nova. The Camaro was changed in 70. Seems like a Rube Goldberg way to go for a front disc brakes conversion.

Correct. The Camaro went from a rear steer set up to front steer in 1970. The sub frames are not the same and the swap won't work.

Do splines mean spindles? If so, you MIGHT be able to put them on oposite sides of the Nova. Could be worth checking out if you get the on the cheap!!;)
